Important: All file processing occurs entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, and we never have access to your file content.

You may use our Services for:

• Business use for legitimate purposes
• Educational or research purposes
• Converting and processing files you own or have permission to use

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Upload illegal content: Files containing illegal material, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related content, or content that violates any applicable law
• Infringe copyright: Process files that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware: Upload files containing viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
• Harass or harm others: Process content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or promotes violence
• Adult content: While we don't see your files, do not use our services for processing sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Spam or fraud: Use our Services in connection with spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Automated abuse: Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access our Services in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Scraping: Use automated systems to extract data from our website
• Security violations: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt our services, or bypass security measures
• Ad manipulation: Click on ads fraudulently, encourage others to click ads, or use automated tools to generate invalid ad clicks or impressions

While we do not currently require user accounts, if we introduce account features in the future:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The EasyFileWiz website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and other materials (excluding user content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyFileWiz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any files you process using our Services

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using our Services at any time. Simply close your browser or navigate away from our website.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@easyfilewiz.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyFileWiz regarding the Services.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

12.5 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and EasyFileWiz.
